Payment Information

Payment is due no later than by the end of the appointment. This can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. 

Private Medical Insurance

Please ensure that you check your policy requirements. We will provide you with receipts via email, to enable you to claim back your expenditure. We do not work directly with any medical insurance companies. Please be aware that most companies do not pay for missed appointments; they are your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24hr cancellation policy. 

If you give less than 24hrs notice you will be charged in full.

Please telephone 07938 401606 if you are not able to attend.

Appointments not attended are charged at the full appointment rate.

Assessment and Treatment

You will be asked to expose the injured body part. Various tests and movements will be carried out and may be repeated.

Natalie Richardson will discuss your condition and options for treatment. You may choose to consent or refuse any form of treatment, for any reason, at any time.

If, at any time you feel uncomfortable or unsure, require further information or explanation, then please raise it immediately with Natalie Richardson.
