Over 20 years of experience
Providing expert care and advice to facilitate recovery, pain-relief, and comfort for all patients. I am here to assist recovery and to support your health and well-being.
What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapists are skilled professionals who help those affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, education and advice.
Our role is to maintain health for people across all ages, including helping patients to rehabilitate after surgery, injury, an underlying condition, posture or prevent injury/pain. As a profession, we aim to encourage development and facilitate recovery, enabling people to stay in work, enjoy their activity and help them remain independent for as long as possible.

"For me, I love the journey and to help people return to their activity; whether that be a return to semi- professional sports or walking independently after needing a walking aid. Getting to know the person and working with them is what makes me smile. I meet people with such varied interests and lives and it is such an honour to get to know everyone... helping them is the most rewarding part of my work."

Patient Feedback
"Natalie’s treatment, care, and concern for her patients is exemplary; I cannot provide any higher recommendation. "
"Natalie has been helping me manage my sciatica while I waited for treatment on the
NHS. She has reduced the impact through massage and manipulation. I have
always found Natalie to be highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. She
always gives clear explanations about what the problems are and how her
treatments will help. Natalie is also very friendly, thoughtful and has a great sense of
fun. Even my dog looks forwards to her visits as she always gives her a treat. I would
not hesitate in recommending Natalie to anyone."

"In 2022 I then had a bulging disc in my lower back and was in excruciating pain. Natalie took one look at me and said I showed all the signs of this being disc related . She worked wonders, not only in her professional treatment, but giving me exercises to do and was always on the end of the phone or text for reassurance.
When you are in that much pain you want to feel safe and trust the person you are allowing to treat you and she provides all of that and more. I now am well recovered and see Nat every month for regular maintenance."
Viv
"Her diagnostic skills are
incredible, usually identifying any problem in a couple of minutes (in some
cases issues incorrectly diagnosed by other medical professionals). Natalie is a lovely personable individual who maintains a very high level of
professionalism. She will go out of her way to accommodate an ‘emergency’ when necessary and is very efficient and supportive referring onto specialists as and when needed."

Natalie has worked in semi professional Rugby and has worked with the England Womens Rugby Team.
In 2008, Natalie moved back to Chelmsford. Natalie grew up in Galleywood where she attended the local infant school and went on to be Head of School and Captain of Hockey at Brentwood School.
On returning to Essex, Natalie has worked in private practice full time. She has worked at a clinic in Chalkwell for over 17 years and also works as a mobile physiotherapist. She is excited to begin a new venture, working in a bespoke treatment room at Chelmer Footcare in The Vineyards at Great Baddow.
Natalie completed her qualification in Acupuncture in 2004 and uses it alongside her physiotherapy techniques when indicated. She has completed training in vestibular disorders to treat a variety of causes of dizziness. Over the years, Natalie has developed an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of conditions and uses her wealth of knowledge to provide diagnosis and management strategies alongside building a rapport with local and London-based Consultants.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending any free time she gets playing hockey for Chelmsford Hockey Club and going out running. That’s when she isn’t taxiing her children to their various sports clubs and activities!
